Here's a picture of my card using the digital image 'Love Strung Ellie'. I just used a little bit of blush (R00 and 0) to make the color on her cheeks very subtle. Then I decided to add a little bit of color (R20) to the heart garland. I had used C3, C1 and C0 for the shadow under feet and then I turned around and cut her out so you barely see any C3. The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the paper is from Authentique. The sentiment was die cut from an old QuicKutz die set (I can't remember the name). I think this is the shortest list of supplies used I've ever had.
Here's a close up just in case you wanted to see what 'No color' looks like...hee hee!

Really cute idea Heidi!
ReplyDeleteThat is really a nice change from the traditional! I've seen that look before, too, and I've also wanted to try it. The card layout is just fab, and the flowers are all exquisite. Wonderful job, Heidi!!
