Hello my friends....I'm trying really hard to get back in the swing of things since my Mother passed at the beginning of January and my creative mojo seems to have just gone out the window.  But today starts a new challenge with Paper Nest Dolls and the theme is 'Anything Goes'...so I'm all in and here goes anything!
I previously made a graduation card using 'Graduation Ellie' that I thought would be perfect for this challenge.  I know it's not graduation season but there's nothing like having plenty of time to prepare!  Summer is only 4-5 months away.   I love the colors of the papers from My Minds Eye Kate & Co 'Cambridge Court' collection.  Not sure there are any school colors that match but I love the colors anyway!!

The new year has brought some changes to the Paper Nest Dolls challenge blog.  Check out the blog HERE. Hello my friends.  I'd like to wish everyone a Happy New Year!  I'm sorry I've been MIA for a while.  I was on vacation from my day job for the last couple of weeks and decided to use that opportunity to recharge my batteries so to speak.  Unfortunately, on January 3, 2014 my Mother passed away suddenly.  She was 83 years old and in frail health but it was still rather unexpected. 

I normally participate in both The Paper Nest Dolls challenges and the monthly Crafty Chicks blog hop but unfortunately they are both occurring today and I am not yet in a creative mind.  I do plan to participate in the next PND challenge which will start on 1/20 and then be a part of the February Crafty Chicks blog hop.
